PALMINI NOODLES
These things are magical. They are made of Hearts of Palm and don't smell fishy like konjac (aka "miracle") noodles. You can cook them just like regular noodles - no special handling - and they aren't spongy or chewy. Highly recommend them for your keto 'pasta' dishes! Also available on Amazon.
LAKANTO EVERYTHING
Lakanto sweeteners are made with monk fruit and erythritol and have no cooling effect or bitter aftertaste. They make a mean maple syrup, flavor syrups, hazelnut chocolate spread, pancake/waffle mix, blueberry muffin mix, sugarfree cookie mix.... you get the idea! They are a bit pricey but they often have sales and bundle deals.
COCONUT SECRET COCONUT AMINOS
Coconut aminos is the bomb. It's a soy- and gluten-free replacement for soy sauce, and I think it tastes way better! Not as salty, either. HIGHLY recommend it if you're missing 'chinese' food! It is a great sauce to fry burgers in as well, as it caramelizes and creates a crunchy coating on your burger! Available on Amazon, but sometimes in-store prices are better, so shop around.

Maria and Craig Emmerich have built a veritable Keto Empire! They are the ones I refer to for the science behind keto, as it's always changing, but they are keeping up with it! Maria has MANY cookbooks that are highly rated - my favorite is her Keto Instant Pot cookbook (seriously, check out the Swedish Meatballs - you won't regret it!). This is a great site if you are interested in the science behind keto or if you have tough health challenges (thyroid issues, diabetes (even Type 1), arthritis, even cancer) and would like someone's help figuring out which direction to take (she provides health assessments for a fee).
