Welcome to The Savvy Ketoist! I guess it really was only a matter of time before I felt the need to add a blog to the mix, what with my love of writing and all. Posting stuff on my facebook page and my pinterest page is nifty, but super-long fb posts tend to invoke a "tl;dr" response from just about everyone these days (including myself!), so I figured I'd finally start a real, live blog so I can be as long-winded as I like! :)
The point of this page is to share all the keto knowledge I've accumulated over the years. Most of it will be critiquing articles, telling keto stories, product shout-outs, other blog reposts, etc. etc.... basically just curating what's out there for you so you don't have to!
